Pop Up Chi Running Workshop in Istanbul, Turkey

LEVEL I

You will be guided through many exercises and drills designed to leave you with a clear sense of what the Chi Running technique feels like in your body. We will not be doing a lot of running, so no matter what physical condition you’re in, have no fear. We will spend the time alternating between demonstrations, fun exercises and technique drills…the nature of the day will be relaxed yet inspiring.

All sessions include video gait analysis.

Introduction to the Chi Running  Form
Posture, Lean, Lift

Pre-run Body Looseners, Post-run Stretches
Run Various Speeds While Conserving Energy

LEVEL I COST: 
Workshop — $144. Limited to 6 participants. 
Private — $250 for one or two people.

LEVEL II

After a warm up and recording of a ‘Before’ video, a brief discussion of the Chi Running experience, followed by:

LEVEL I review:

• Posture, Alignment, and Column.
• Gait

LEVEL II:

• Hip Rotation — For Efficiency and Speed.
• Breathing — In Cadence and Recovery.
• Hills — Review and with Hips.

Record ‘After’ video, and video review.

Level II COST: 
Workshop — $123. Limited to 6 participants. 
Private — $250 for one or two people.
